We offer worldwide shipping.

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Delivery time: 7–14 business days

You will receive a tracking number after shipping.

 

When a refund is NOT provided:

We are not responsible for delivery delays in the following cases:

  • Force majeure (natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.)
  • The order has already been delivered or is waiting for pickup
  • Incorrect or incomplete address/contact details
  • The delivery area is not supported by the courier
  • The recipient refuses to accept the package
  • The delivery is rescheduled by the recipient
  • The order is cancelled by the buyer
  • Delays caused by customs, duties, or unpaid taxes

 

When you CAN request a refund:

Lost in transit
If your package is marked as lost during shipping, you may request a refund.
If it later arrives, you may keep it.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, you can request a refund.
We may ask you to return the item before processing.

Not delivered within 30 days
If your order is not delivered within 30 days after shipment, you may request a refund.
If it later arrives, you may keep it.
